Includes 26 heavy paper stencils. Capital letter alphabet. 5.75" design scale. Use alone or with other Textile Stencils. 1. Spray back of Tulip� Textile Stencil with Tulip Stencil Spray Adhesive. 2. Press Tulip Textile Stencil in place adhesive side down to create a temporary bond to fabric. 3. Use Tulip Paint Roller to apply Tulip� Soft� Fabric Paint evenly over stencil openings. 4.
