Processing Time

All orders are typically processed same day orders are placed. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Please note, 24 & 48 hours tracked services, are not guaranteed, these are the length of time Royal Mail aim to deliver your order AFTER your order is picked and dispatched.

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard Shipping for all orders over £30 within the United Kingdom. The free shipping option will be displayed during checkout for orders that meet the minimum spend threshold.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. Standard Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while Expedited Shipping takes 1-3 business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs clearance, and carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Please note that tracking information is only available for orders that have selected a shipping method that includes tracking during checkout. If you selected a shipping method that does not include tracking, we will be unable to provide you with tracking information.

Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address or other issues, we will attempt to contact the customer to resolve the issue. If the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product(s), minus any shipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or file a claim for damages, and will issue a replacement or refund once the issue has been resolved.
