Slow delivery, damaged product

The order took over a week to arrive, ordered for Halloween and was promised delivery by Wednesday same week on the website, but I received it only on 4 November. Paid 5.99£ for shipment, which is three times the price of the mask, just to get it on time - and I didn’t. On top of that, the mask arrived damaged (see photo) - the corner was bent when I opened the box and there is a noticeable crease when I try to straighten it up
Would recommend against shopping with this business, if I had known I wouldn’t get my item in time I would not have paid the exorbitant price
